| "I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for making dog treats that are low calorie, & mouthwatering delicious to my shih-tzu, Kookie. After taking her to the vet, I would often get discouraged as he would always encourage me to limit her intake, & not cater to her every whim. It was very trying for me to change the system of rewarding her with a cookie for every positive thing that she did." "When I was first introduced to Pampered Pooch Pastries, I was very excited that they were met with veterinarian approval & low calorie. My only catechism was, ”Would Kookie eat these?” Although Kookie loves treats, she is a very particular puppy food enthusiast. She previously only had one set of favorite snacks. Today, her favorite snacks have resulted in any of the selected Pampered Pooch Pastries. She loves the pizza rounds, beefy oatmeal, and peanut butter cookies. I do not feel guilty for allowing her to indulge in a few cookies a day, as they are low calorie. When she sees my hand go to the cookie jar, she perches her back, sits on her hind quarters, waits until I have the cookie in hand, & as my hand gets closer to her snout, she almost consumes my fingers to get her treat. Her favorite cookies in the variety pack are the banana bones. One day, I was playing with Kookie who is a bit of a princess, & as I got closer to her toy basket she began to play growl & slap her paws at me. I have always known her to be protective of her toys, her house, & her family, but was pleasantly surprised to see half of a banana bone on the side of her basket of toys. I picked up the bone & realized that she had been saving a portion of her favorite snack to relish for later, & didn’t want to share! She even recognizes the term, ”banana bone”! "Pampered Pooch Pastries have been such a big hit with Kookie, that I purchased packages for my boyfriend’s mother as she loves pampering her pooch. As we were enjoying an evening together, my boyfriend’s grandmother entered the room & complimented the cookies. We all looked at her in surprise & stated that they were dog cookies, & couldn’t believe that she had eaten them. She gave her stamp of approval, by stating that those were the best pastries, even if they were for a pampered pooch, that she had ever tasted. She loved the taste & stated that we couldn’t criticize her for eating those treats, not only are they delicious, but the are low calorie!"
